Rocky has been joyfully practicing yoga for the past 7 years, and is thrilled to be bringing his passion to beautiful San Luis Obispo! Rocky came to yoga while living in Los Angeles a number of years ago. Between auditioning, working, earning his degree in Acting, meeting with casting directors, and performing weekly at local improv comedy clubs, the need for a little relief in body and mind became ever pressing. Upon stumbling into his first class at Bryan Kest's Power Yoga studio in Santa Monica he knew he was hooked.... challenged, but hooked! Rocky has since completed his teacher training at Bryan's Studio, granting him a certification through Yoga Alliance with a specialization in Vinyasa Flow yoga. Rocky is thrilled to now call the Central Coast his home, having spent the last few years traveling the country sharing his passion for yoga and music in studios, coffee houses, and even on the streets! His classes are a seamless combo of stretching, flow, alignment, self expression, humor, insight, live music, strength training, and overall self improvement. Prepare to come face to face with the magnificence of who you really are! "There is only one stream of life of which we are all a part, and by just stopping our resistant struggle upstream we can all turn and go with the flow, that's what yoga is about!".
